The Sunday School

Prancing Horse Estate’s team are the organic and biodynamic winemaking pioneers of the Mornington Peninsula. The winery is now home to Sunday School – an inspiring and enlightening wine and food series held one Sunday per month. Because let’s face it – wine is a religion to some!

Overlooking the rolling vineyards across the bay, the two-hour sessions focus on both international and local Mornington Peninsula wines. Topics include Champagne, Burgundy, chardonnay, food and wine pairings and more. All sessions have a delicious food component with local delicacies from around the peninsula and international cheeses.

The Sunday School team consists of owner and long-time local and international wine connoisseur Tony Hancy; wine consultant, sommelier and owner of The Recreation in Fitzroy Mark Protheroe; brand ambassador and The Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) diploma graduate Jane Gordon and biodynamic viticulturist Shane Strange.

Tickets start from $75. Bookings are essential.
