It’s been another successful year for the Taltarni Vineyards team who won numerous accolades – again. The 2019 Halliday Wine Companion awarded the winery a five-star rating, and ranked 14 wines with 90 points or more. At the 2018 National Cool Climate Wine Show, the 2016 Taltarni Old Vine Estate Cabernet Sauvignon won Champion Cabernet Savingnon, and at the Australian Cool Climate Wine Show, the Best Shiraz of Show went to the 2016 Taltarni Pyrenees Estate Shiraz. In addition, this vintage won gold medals at both the Sydney and Melbourne Shows in 2018. Taltarni Vineyards and Victoria’s Pyrenees region are famous for savoury, spicy shiraz and cabernet sauvignon varieties. You can experience Taltarni Vineyards’ award-winning wines at the stylish cellar door, which is open seven days a week until the end of April, from 11:00am to 5:00pm, then Wednesday to Sunday during the cooler months.
