Rosé On The Rise
Following on from an excellent flowering and fruit-growing season, the winemakers at Dromana Estate have been putting its signature rosé on ice, making this lovely wine the perfect summer treat. Created by fermenting the estate-grown pinot gris on its skins for five days using the lagar method, this wine boasts a lovely colouring that is appealing to the eye and just as tasty to drink.
Guests can take their time and experience a pairing like no other, with the summery rosé on ice and the pan-seared scallops, served on puff pastry with an exquisite apple cider and caper cream sauce – both available at the Dromana Estate cellar door and restaurant.
