Its single vineyard wines are hand-crafted from grape varieties specifically chosen to suit each site. Vines are cropped at lower yields to concentrate the fruit flavours, and grapes are hand-picked at harvest to ensure wines of premium quality and character.
Boat O’Craigo works closely with its winemakers to ensure that the style of each wine reflects not only the varietal characteristics, but also the natural terroir of its vineyards – an expression of its place in the Yarra Valley region and a testament to the care and quality of its brand.
