The estate’s new releases also include a new range of Mantons Creek Humphreys Shiraz, sourced locally from the Mornington Peninsula. Inspired by the beloved vineyard donkey, this shiraz is light on its feet with fragrant red fruits – predominately raspberries and plums – tempered by a soft, earthy characteristic with a slippery texture.
