Helen & Joey Estate has introduced a new fortified wine to its Wayward Child range. Currently, it is a blend of aromatic grape varieties, including pinot gris and pinot noir, with a dash of merlot for added body. Named ‘Bastion’, this liqueur-style of fortified wine is a year-round drinker; great as a cocktail mixer or over ice.
