Byronsvale Vineyard & Accommodation Bendigo has made a strong impression at the 2019 Victorian Wine Show, with judges awarding the winery a gold medal with an impressive 95 points for the Byronsvale 2017 Estate Shiraz.

Byronsvale Vineyard & Accommodation Bendigo is the oldest in the Bendigo region, set in a tranquil valley in Maiden Gully and located just seven kilometres from the Bendigo CBD.

Byronsvale Vineyard & Accommodation Bendigo’s fifty-three-year-old vines are being carefully restored to their former glory by industry newcomer Denise Langford and her parents, Denise & Michael Burke, having recently purchased this special property. With a farming and horticulture background, the family are thrilled about the gold medal in their first vintage and even more excited about the future for Byronsvale Vineyard & Accommodation Bendigo.

The Byronsvale Vineyard & Accommodation Bendigo pop up “Wine Box” has also recently opened on the banks of Myer’s Creek, which overlooks the vineyard. Both of the single estate hand-crafted wines, along with the new tasting room, have been well received by both the local Bendigo community and visitors alike.
