Del Rios of Mt Anakie’s restaurant and cellar door is perched above the vineyards with the extinct volcano Mt Anakie sitting behind it. With bountiful countryside views of the Brisbane ranges and to Geelong, the new modern function room has floor-to-ceiling windows that ushers the essence of the countryside indoors, with an added alfresco decking area where guests can enjoy a glass of wine and a delicious meal in the brisk air.
Offering complimentary wine tastings to all restaurant customers, the bright function space is the perfect venue for birthdays, weddings, or group gatherings. The menu is based on Spanish tapas and reflects del Rios Mt Anakie’s Spanish heritage. Del Rios of Mt Anakie uses its own free range beef and lamb born and raised on the property, while the food options are complemented by the wide range of premium wines, grown and produced on-site from the winery’s single vineyard at Anakie.
