The seasonal menu, curated by Max himself, brings together fresh local produce with Red Hill Estate’s award-winning wines in a casual cellar door setting. Pairings may include a sparkling glass of prosecco accompanied by a fresh Coffin Bay oyster garnished with Yarra Valley caviar; a sauvignon blanc with ocean trout tartare on a squid ink cracker; and a beautiful shiraz with a beetroot macaron topped with whipped Main Ridge goat’s cheese. After enjoying these lovely flavour combinations, wine lovers can enjoy the picturesque grounds and stunning views across Westernport Bay.
