Oakdene is still celebrating its successes from the 2019 Geelong Wine Show, taking home two of the events’ coveted trophies with consistently high-performing wines. The trophy for Best Other Wine was awarded to the 2015 Yvette Sparkling Pinot Noir Chardonnay, while the 2017 Single Vineyard William Shiraz received the highly competitive trophy for Best Shiraz.

Both wines are produced exclusively from the first plantings at Oakdene, which have been grown and nurtured by the vineyard team for many years, and handcrafted into wines of exceptional quality. Located on the Bellarine Peninsula, the boutique vineyard produces small batch wines that reflect the region’s cool maritime climate, offering excellent conditions for producing a sublime yield of high-quality fruit.
