How to see a Working Farm and try their Unique Wines
Throughout the year, the team at Jasper Hill welcomes people to taste at their cellar door. Private appointments can be made from their website or by simply calling Emily on (03) 5433 2528. As Jasper Hill is a working farm the team may not always available, but definitely do their best to accommodate.
Jasper Hill always releases wines on the last full weekend of August, where finger food is provided all day. There is the opportunity to taste new release wines as well as older wines from Jasper Hill’s private museum collection. If you are interested in joining the mail list, the team at Jasper Hill will only send one email per year to invite people to their ‘open’ day.
