Morris of Rutherglen has received further accolades and recognition over the past two months, including the achievement of six gold medals for the muscat, topaque and tawny varietals, and the ‘Australian Fortified Trophy’ for Morris of Rutherglen’s Old Premium Rare Muscat at the International Wine Challenge. Chief Winemaker, David Morris, was also interviewed in the Sydney Morning Herald’s GoodFood to celebrate Morris of Rutherglen’s success at the prestigious Decanted World Wine Awards where the non-vintage Cellar Reserve Grand Muscat was awarded ‘Best in Show’ and says this cements “Rutherglen as the home of fortified wine.”
