The beautiful Cope-Williams Winery has identified a gap in the market for premium highquality sparkling wines and has carved its own name into the ever-growing Australian wine scene. A forty-hectare estate, the boutique vineyard is situated sixty kilometres north of Melbourne and sits amongst the stunning scenery of the Macedon Ranges.

The winery has grown steadily over the last twenty years and has now developed into a residential country club complex and hosts a conference centre, bespoke dining facilities, one of only three royal tennis courts in Victoria, exquisite accommodation and a major Indigenous and Asia-pacific art gallery.

Judy and Gordon Cope-Williams planted the first vines on the land near Romsey in 1977 and continued to expand the property by acquiring land in the valley below in 1982. The winery now produces between 2000 and 3000 cases a year and conducts a lot of work creating sparkling wines for other vineyards.
